Antinori Scalabrone Rosato 2020
This is an exceptional rosato is made by the Antinori family from a mix of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, and syrah grapes grown in the Bolgheri region of Tuscany. Yes, that's the bit where legendary supertuscans like Sassicaia and Ornellaia. This would be splendid drunk with fritto misto or just on its own.

This boasts aromas of red fruits, including cherries and strawberries, as well as citrus notes. On tasting, it is dry, crisp, and harmonious, with a zesty acidity and a touch of minerality.
