Description

Quartet is Champagne Roederer's outpost in California. The pinot noir and chardonnay grapes come from cool Anderson Valley, and then the team use the Champagne method to turn them into a sparkling wine. Superb stuff!

Overall

Cooked apples, orange peel and spices with pain au raisin and nutty notes on the finish and a delicate fizz.
