Yamazakura heads into peatier territory with Kuyuri, a blend of grain and 50ppm peated malt, aged for at least three years in bourbon and sherry casks. Light smoke and vanilla on the nose lead into a citrusy, gourmet palate with lingering warmth and balance. Elegant, but not afraid to show its smoky side.
