It's the 2021 edition of Writers Tears Cask Strength Irish whiskey! This expression is made with a blend of single malt and single pot still whiskeys which have been triple distilled and aged in bourbon barrels. It's bottled up at 54.2% ABV, and 4,500 bottles were released. Always wonderful stuff, and it's got some really rather jazzy packaging this year. Brill!

Creamy vanilla, crushed cardamom pod, a touch of cedar.
