A Family Reserve bottling of Wilderness Trail Single Barrel Bourbon, boasting a weighty ABV of 57% and layer upon layer of buttered corn, vibrant vanilla and toasty oak notes.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Dried oak with whiffs of cinnamon and toasted rye bread. Honeycomb and cola cubes develop later on.
Palate
Buttered corn, with a pinch of sea salt and a good crack of black pepper. Still enjoyably oaky and warming.
Finish
Grilled tropical fruits, orange peel, vanilla and Sesame Snaps.
