From the Westland Distillery comes the fifth edition of its Garryana expression, an American single malt which showcases casks made from Quercus garryana, also charmingly known as Garry oak. The cask recipe for this expression features 36% Garry oak casks, along with 64% first-fill ex-bourbon casks (made from the much more common Quercus alba (also known as white oak)). A release of 5,625 bottles.
