A limited edition single malt from Seattle's Westland distillery, released as part of La Maison du Whisky's 60th Anniversary celebrations. This is a peated whiskey, drawn from cask #397, with 232 bottles produced.
Dried flowers, raspberries, smoky lemon peels and a hint of honey.
Peppery peat and subtle whiffs of sea salt. Sweeter hints of liquoirce develop.
Baking spices, cookie dough and lingering smoke.
