The Cheshire is an English single malt produced at Weetwood Brewery & Distillery. Distilled from English malted barley the whisky is then matured in STR American oak and finished in European oak, before it's bottled at a satisfying 46%. Packed with layers of fruit and gentle spice, it's an impressive offering from the Cheshire-based distillery.
Fresh cut hay, apple skins, floral honey, and some cinnamon spice.
Milky tea and biscuits lead on to dried apricots, with woody spice.
Fruity and sweet.
