This limited release of The Cheshire from Weetwood Brewery & Distillery is inspired by fresh, coastal character, with the English single malt whisky maturing in lightly charred casks and finished in Islay barrels, for a subtle layer of maritime peat. A limited release of only 891 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Producer

Nose Subtle smoke and sweet cherries. Meadow hay and a gust of bracing sea air.

Palate Smoky and lightly-peated foretaste balanced by caramel and citrus. Touch of chilli heat.

Finish Lasting and mellow, smoking embers. Vanilla and toasted marshmallow.
