Writers Tears Single Pot Still 70cl Whiskey

Here we have the first single pot still distilled whiskey to join the ever superb Writers Tears collection! After an initial stay in ex-bourbon casks, the triple-distilled whiskey was treated to an extra stay in a selection of ex-Pedro Ximénez and ex-Marsala wine casks, imparting elegant layers of candied fruit and nuts to this delicious Irish whiskey.
