Lowland 6 Signatory Bottling Note

A bottling from Signatory from a secret Lowland distillery. The whisky is young at 6 years old but this is an interesting, soft cereal Lowland that's well worth a try.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Soft cereal notes, banana, sweet citrus, oats, barley, malt, some brown sugar and caramel.

Palate: Sweetness like soft light brown sugar, with a floral note. Biscuity towards the end wit a trace of cinnamon.

Finish: Soft peppery spice.

Overall: An easy drinking and soft Lowland.

@What Cask Strength

You're very right, it's not cask strength. We have now amended the bottling note to reflect this. --The Chaps at Master of Malt
