Umiki Japanese Whisky
This intriguing whisky is made from a blend of Japanese malt whiskies distilled by the coast alongside imported grains, brought down to strength using desalinated ocean water. The whisky is finished in Japanese pine barrels, offering up a herbaceous, hoppy aroma and zesty, peppery profile.

Nose
Oily and piney, with floral honey nestling upon notes of fresh forest floor, backed by waves of vanilla and orchard fruits.
Palate
Creamy grain and biscuity malt bring layers of caramel and honey, with milk chocolate and herbal tea, citrus zest, and balanced pine resin beneath.
Finish
Apples and honey linger, with herbaceous, oily undertones and a touch of drying pepper.
