Tullibardine 8 Year Old 2012 (cask 14398) - Provenance (Douglas Laing)

A tasty Tullibardine, matured in a refill barrel for eight years – from April 2012 to September 2020. Following that snooze, the whisky was independently bottled by Douglas Laing for the Provenance range, which highlights the region that each distillery calls home – in this case, the Highlands. 311 bottles were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Honeyed cereals with milk, soft maple syrup sweetness, a touch of dry baking spice.

    Palate

Vanilla pod brings an earthy note to the palate, paired with brown sugar and candied nuts.

    Finish

Hobnob biscuits, ground ginger, orange zest.
