Tormore 10yo 2010 #15312 Bottling Note

A terrific indie bottling of Tormore single malt, released by Douglas Laing for its Provenance series. This expression was distilled in August 2010 and filled into a single cask, where it remained to mature for a decade. In July 2021, the cask was opened to release a total outturn of 331 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Zesty, aromatic citrus brings balance to sweet, creamy vanilla with charred oak and honeyed toast.

Palate: Crushed almonds and macadamia nuts, a pinch of nutmeg, and mixed spice with vanilla caramel and zesty barley.

Finish: Rounded spice and rich oak with hints of toasted coconut, zesty orange peels, and more vanilla.
