A vatting of two hogsheads of Tormore, distilled on the 27th April 1995 and bottled in 2011 by Signatory. A release of 824 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Fruity, particularly redolent of apples and pears (cor lummy). Some cut hay, vanilla and toffee, creamy too.Palate Oaky and youthful - lots of porridge oats, golden syrup, barley and such things. Very gristy!

Finish Medium length with notes of yoghurt, vanilla and oak.
