Sherry
A rare aged Tomintoul that breaks from its typically delicate style, this 30-year-old release from a single first-fill oloroso sherry butt has been bottled at cask strength (50.7% ABV) without chill-filtration or colour. Just 565 bottles were drawn, offering a bold, sherry-driven glimpse into long-aged Speyside.
Old leather, pipe tobacco, dried figs, and rich toffee, followed by fruitcake and a whiff of eucalyptus.
Silky but structured with dark honey, poached pears, cinnamon, nutmeg, and roasted hazelnuts.
Fading spices, plum compote, and gentle rancio warmth.
