Description
Distilled at Tomatin in 2011, this single malt matured in a host of bourbon casks until 2023 when it was bottled up by Gordon & MacPhail to join its Discovery series.

Nose
Crisp apples and orchard fruits, bold layers of floral oak and vanilla, tinned pears.
Palate
Juicy peach, vanilla cream, earthy vanilla, with sweet, tropical notes of dried mango and pineapple cubes beneath.
Finish
Toasted oak, orchard blossom, fresh apple, a pinch of pepper.
