Distilled at Tomatin Distillery in December 2008, this single malt Scotch whisky was aged for 15 years in a single refill hogshead cask (#18489) before it was bottled for the Old Particular range by Douglas Laing. It's presented at 48.4% ABV without chill-filtration or colouring.
Waves of honey and vanilla fudge, then almond and cinnamon spiciness.
Tropical sweetness, with coconut sorbet leading into salted carmel and smoked black pepper.
Orchard fruit and nutmeg.
