10 year old Tomatin, independently bottled by Douglas Laing as part of its long-running Provenance range. It was distilled February 2010 and allowed to slumber for a decade in a refill hogshead. Following that rest, the cask was cracked open and the whisky was bottled with an outturn of 431 bottles.
Toffee, barley, raisins and dried apple chips.
Strudel, vanilla latte, more barley, grist, black pepper, and ginger.
Brown sugar, winter spices and dried fruit.
