Bottled by North Star, this single malt was distilled at Tobermory on the Isle of Mull back in 1995. After mulling in a refill hogshead for quite some time – 26 years to be precise, the cask was opened in July 2021, releasing an outturn of 238 bottles.
Coastal breeze, juicy barley, and crisp green apple, with a touch of pebbly minerality.
Ripe pear, custard creams, garden mint, herbal tea.
Caramel, salted almonds, zesty menthol, and rich oak.
