Douglas Laing looked to the Isle of Mull for this release, and this single malt was distilled at Tobermory in 1996. It rested in a single refill hogshead for over two decades, eventually bottled at 23 years old for the Old Particular series, with 216 bottles released at 46.7% ABV.

Nose
Almond croissant, crisp pear and barley sugar.
Palate
Toasted teacake, plump sultana and chocolate rice pudding.
Finish
Orange marmalade on toast and caramel digestives.
