Bourbon
7 year old single malt from the Tobermory distillery, released under the Ledaig name. This peated whisky was drawn from a pair of first-fill bourbon barrels, filled in June 2010 and cracked open in November 2017 by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
BBq meats, honey and a touch of sharp green apple.
Roasted coffee, smoke, balsamic and toffee.
Sweet malt and burnt oak.
