An indie bottling of Ledaig single malt, drawn from two hogshead casks that aged the whisky for 7 years. It was distilled by Tobermory in February 2008 and bottled in February 2016 by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection without any chill-filtration whatsoever.
Medicinal peat, light hints of barley and oat, a whiff of iced buns.
Earthy spice and smoke at the centre of this one, complemented by honey-nut cornflakes and a touch of orange oil.
Sea salt flakes and chopped coriander leaf.
