Single cask peated single malt from the Tobermory distillery (released under the Ledaig name), independently bottled by Signatory for their Cask Strength Collection. This was distilled in November 2005 and left to age in a first fill Sherry butt for 11 years, until November 2016. 654 bottles were produced.
Sherried orange peels, rich smoke with hints of wet earth and oatcakes.
Grist, chocolate orange, juicy berries and sea breeze.
Strawberries and cracked black peppercorn. Well-toasted bread.
