Deliciously sherried and particularly peaty single malt from the Tobermory distillery, bottled by Signatory for La Maison du Whisky. Presented under the Ledaig name (as many peaty Tobermory bottlings are), this whisky was aged in a sherry butt for 11 years - from November 2005 to September 2017. 648 bottles were produced.
Smoky bacon crisps, milk chocolate, subtly grassy and herbaceous.
Sherried peels, fresh summer berries, a whack of earthy peat with toasted clove in tow.
Lasting salinity, with a pinch of Dijon mustard.
