Douglas Laing's Timorous Beastie has been given the Madeira cask treatment for this limited edition! In search of the perfect flavour profile to pair with cheese, this release sees the classic Highland blended malt finished for several months in Madeira fortified wine casks for a sweet, fruity profile that ought to go rather nicely with a spot of goat's cheese we reckon.
Ripe apples and pears drizzled with honey, candied nuts and delicately floral malt beneath.
Sweet, juicy plums, cooked, spiced apple, chewy toffee, vanilla cream.
A sweet touch of candied orange, oaken vanilla and sweet, warming cinnamon.
