Macallan 25 Year Old 1997 (cask 12/3) - Cask Strength Collection (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

A magnificent Macallan joins the Cask Strength Collection from indie bottler Signatory. Distilled in September 1997, the whisky spent the next quarter of a century maturing in a first fill oloroso sherry butt, yielding a total of 649 bottles when it was opened in July 2023.
