Glenlivet's Nàdurra expressions are all bottled at cask strength and without any chill-filtration - hence the name, which means 'Natural' in Gaelic. This bottling comes from their First Fill Selection series, and was matured exclusively in first fill American white oak casks.

Enjoyably spicy on the nose, with white pepper and cinnamon. A wave of waxy orange peel give it some sweetness.
Clean and elegant spice once again, now paired with caramel, fresh mango and toasted pine nuts.
A hint of cedar lingers on the finish.
Very young no colour, overpowering bubblegum and feinty, luckily I have a Living cask into which it’s going to be deposited

Wow! Great drop. Being a peat man and not in love with Glenlivet at all I honestly have to reconsider ? Fantastic nose, pineapples and mangos, bit of oak but not too much and Lovely sweeteenes. Palette oily and long honey and spicy aftertaste! Mnameee...????
First tried it at a blind Glen Livet vertical tasting and pretty much the whole room selected it as the winner. Amazed we were to discover that we'd picked a cask strength NAS even over the 21 and 25. Clean taste with the beautiful zip and fizz that only comes from fresh, quality wood this is now my go to every day dram.
