16-year-old single malt from Glenlivet, distilled in 2006 and matured in a single first-fill oloroso sherry butt. That cask was opened up by Signatory in 2023, independently bottling the whisky for its Cask Strength Collection at a robust 60.7% ABV. A release of 623 bottles.
Fruit cake, sweet spice, toffee apples, and vanilla tablet.
Sweet toffee, vanilla, and candied citrus join herbaceous malt and dark mint chocolate.
Oily nuts, a touch of sleek smoke, lingering baking spice, juicy raisins, and nutty malt.
