An indie, sherried Glenlivet? Well, this is rather nice! Distilled in April 2007, this Speysider spent its 12 years of ageing in a single first-fill sherry butt, until Signatory bottled it up in 2020 for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Nose
Coffee cake, strawberries and icing sugar along with oak spice.
Palate
A dusting of cocoa and cinnamon, with orange sweeties and toasty oak.
Finish
Berry compote and more baking spice lingers.
