A single cask bottling of Glenlivet single malt, aged for a decade in a first-fill Sherry butt from November 2006 to February 2017. This was independently bottled by Signatory for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Melted chocolate and treacle, with a good kick of cinnamon.
Honey'd malt, grist, spicy hops and plum.
Christmas cake and stem ginger.
