Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
The nose is quite rich and crisp. There are notes of chewy oak and barley sugars, there is a spicy note with cereal sweetness. The palate is rich and thick. There are notes of lush nectarine and white peach, acacia honey and chewy oak. There are notes of winter spice and liquorice with cut fennel. The finish is long and dry with chewy, spiced oak.
