A sherried variation of The Gauldrons from Douglas Laing! This blended malt is comprised of malt whiskies from the Campbeltown region and has been given a finishing period in Spanish sherry casks, introducing some delectable notes of dried fruit, chocolate, and festive spice to the softly smoky situation. Hugely impressive stuff from the independent bottling experts!
Spiced, baked apples, with dark caramel, and some cinder toffee.
Raisins and dried currants, with wafts of smoke, and warming spices.
Lingering smoke, with some creamy caramel.

Absolutely excellent.
This one is truly excellent. Rich and spicy and downright delicious!
