This one sees the Dublin-based distillery collaborating once again with the city's Dot Brewery, treating its Small Batch blended Irish whiskey to a finish in India Pale Ale beer casks from Dot. The result is a vibrant, zesty whiskey, boasting layers of citrus and delicate hoppy notes among the creamy vanilla and crisp spice at its core.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Toasted marzipan, grapefruit zest, and citrus blossom are backed by green apples, buttery pastry, and soft spice.

Palate Nutty malt and oaken spice are joined by floral notes of lemon and more of that grapefruit from the nose. Waves of vanilla and gently herbaceous hops rest beneath.

Finish Zesty and gently herbal, with butterscotch, vanilla, ginger, and a touch of lemongrass.
