Indie Teaninich here from Douglas Laing's Provenance series! This one was distilled back in October 2012 and left to age in a refill hogshead for eight years, before eventually being bottled in March 2021. Just 380 bottles were produced, each one featuring a deer on the label, referencing the Highland region in which it was distilled.
Pear drops and honeycomb, with a touch of toasted marshmallow too.
More fruity sweetness, now paired with oat biscuits and sawdust.
Syrupy, with layers of barley and salted butter.
