An independent bottling of single malt from the Teaninich distillery, matured in a single cask laid down in July 1999. 18 years later, in February 2018, Hunter Laing cracked open that cask and bottled the whisky within for the Old Malt Cask range, with only 148 bottles produced.
Apple pie, melon and a touch of floral vanilla.
Resinous oak, brown sugar and a very light whiff of smoke.
Stewed plum and pear.
