    Single Malt

Teaninich 17 Year Old 2007 (cask 6) - Cask Strength Collection (Signatory)

Bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of the premium Symington’s Choice range, this Teaninich single malt was distilled in 2007 and matured for 17 years, including a finishing period in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. Drawn from a single cask and bottled at a hefty 55.3% ABV without chill-filtration or colouring, it yielded just 288 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Rich sultanas, fig jam, and leather-bound books, underpinned by polished oak and earthy spice.

    Palate

Dense fruitcake, espresso, burnt caramel, and PX-soaked dates, with underlying malt and a touch of forest floor.

    Finish

Dark chocolate, clove, dried fruit, and a savoury leathery fade.
