A 12-year-old Teaninich single malt here, distilled in 2009 and independently bottled by Signatory in 2022. Bottled without added colour or chill filtration, it now aptly joins Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Flaky, buttery pastry and hazelnut latte, a touch of spicy oak, and floral citrus oil.
Fresh apples, pears, and orange blossom are backed up by chocolate walnuts and earthen malt.
More tangy citrus and a smidge of vegetal barley, runny honey, and spiced pear.
