Distilled at Teaninich in 2009, this single malt spent the next dozen years resting in a pair of hogsheads. Finally, in April 2022, the folks at Signatory had a little peek inside, and decided it looked good and ready for bottling, so they did just that! Bottled without any added colour or chill-filtration, this expression joins Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Zesty peels and lemon curd with ginger biscuits, and subtle garden herbs.
Fresh apples and pears, floral notes of orchard blossom balance vegetal malt, with nutty flapjack beneath.
Quite grassy with more lemon zest coming through, alongside sweet wafer and a drizzle of honey.
