Behold, a lesser-spotted Teaninich single malt! This was distilled over in the Highlands in February 2008, and spent its 12 years of ageing in a pair of hogsheads. In June 2020, Signatory bottled it up for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection, full of earthy barley and lots of vanilla.
Apple crumble, honey and vanilla custard, with barley sugar and green oak.
Tinned pear and earthy malt, sugared biscuits and lemon curd alongside a scattering of vanilla pod.
Tropical fruit and custard tart with buttery pastry.
