Teaninich 12 Year Old 2008 (casks 702603 & 702604) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory)
12 year old Teaninich single malt, independently bottled for Signatory. This one was distilled in February 2008 and matured in a pair of hogshead casks for a dozen years, before being bottled in February 2021. It was released as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, and as such, not a single drop of it was chill-filtered.

Nose
Milky tea, digestive biscuits, honeycomb, toasted teacakes.
Palate
Crumbly fudge and salted caramel, with grilled pineapple in the background.
Finish
Melted butter, subtle mineral hints, damson.
