Teaninich 11 Year Old 2008 (casks 702613 & 702614) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory)
11 year old single malt from the Teaninich Distillery, which you don't see a lot from these days - a shame, as they make some marvellous whiskies! This was one was distilled in February 2008 and aged in a pair of hogshead until March 2019, when it was bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Dried straw, runny honey, thyme and a touch of tropical fruit juice.
Palate
Loads of vanilla pod sweet/earthy notes, paired with full-bodied malt and biscuit.
Finish
Salted popcorn and upside-down cake.
