    Single Malt

    Teaninich 10 Year Old 2007 (casks 702719 & 702720) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory)

This independent bottling of 10-year-old single malt was distilled on 22nd November 2007 at the Teaninich distillery and was aged for a total of 10 years before it was drawn from a pair of hogshead casks. It was bottled on 4th April 2018 by Signatory for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection without any additional colours or, as promised, chill-filtration.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Toffee apples and dried pear lead among softer notes of cut hay, barley sugars and bitter herbs. Charred oak and hazelnuts form the backdrop.

    Palate

An earthy palate begins with floral honey, toasted brown sugar and citrus zest. A little sweet pastry is there too, with a hint of vanilla-richness underneath.

    Finish

Banoffee pie and salted popcorn compete in an interesting finish.
