This is an independent bottling of 10 year old single malt from the Teaninich distillery, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks. It was distilled in November 2007 and bottled in March 2018 by Signatory without any chill-filtration or additional colours.
Slightly flinty, though sweet with barley sugar and white grape.
Apricot, menthol, cinnamon and sawdust.
Quite short. Oily barley, pear and vanilla.
