Single Malt
Scotland

A very snazzy bottling of Tamdhu, released as part of the Premier Barrel range from Douglas Laing. It was allowed 12 years of maturation before being bottled up – and by "bottled up", we of course mean placed into the handsome decanters which are styled after flasks. Of course.
Gristy barley and runny caramel, with a hint of heather honey lightness.
Spun sugar, apricot, crunchy biscuits, a touch of toasted teacake.
Buttery and sweet on the finish, with notes of shortbread and toffee.
