This single cask Speysider is brought to us by Douglas Laing as part of the independent Old Particular collection. Distilled at Tamdhu in 2014, the whisky spent a dozen years maturing in a sherry hogshead, yielding 325 bottles when it was opened in 2026. You can expect decadent layers of creamy malt, dark chocolate, stewed fruits, and sherried spice here.
