Tamdhu 11 Year Old 2007 (cask 6833) - Lady of the Glen (Hannah Whisky Merchants)
A single malt from Speyside-based distillery Tamdhu, distilled in 2007 and then left to rest in a bourbon hogshead until 2018, when it was drawn from the cask at the age of 11 years. It was bottled by Hannah Whisky Merchants for the Lady of the Glen series. A release of 159 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Fresh summer berries, buttery shortbread and oodles of treacle.
Palate
Vanilla ice cream, accompanied by rich toffee and malty, freshly baked bread.
Finish
Brown sugar surrounded by hefty malt notes on the finish.
