Another wonderful single cask Premier Barrel bottling from Douglas Laing! This one hails from Speyside's Tamdhu, having rested for a decade before it was bottled up for the series in a wonderfully retro bottle. Just 438 bottles were released, full of malt and spices.

Nose
Gingersnap biscuits, with cinnamon butter and fresh malt.
Palate
Honeyed baking spice and barley sugar lead into crumbly digestive biscuits.
Finish
Oily malt lingers alongside brown sugar and peppery oak.
