A single cask Strathmill single malt, aged in a hogshead cask for 26 years. It was distilled in March 1990 and bottled in August 2016 by Signatory for their Cask Strength Collection - 241 bottles were produced.
Peach crumble, wheat biscuits, lemon zest and a little bit of grassy malt.
Honey and butter, with hints of chocolate truffle. Some brown sugar hints.
Spicier than both the nose and palate.
