21 year old Strathmill single malt, independently bottled by those fine fellows over at Signatory. This whisky was distilled in July 1996 and left to age in a single hogshead until November 2017, when it was bottled with an outturn of just 241 bottles.
Hot cross buns and toasted teacakes. Slightly gristy.
Buttery malt with a hint of straw, juicy orange, white chocolate, raisin-encrusted cookies.
Ginger, vanilla pod, a touch of strawberry.
